This is a painting in the Vibratory Field series, where my interest is in creating movement and vibration through the use of the brushstrokes and layering of colour. Hills and valleys can be seen in the painting. This painting is really more of an experimental and investigative piece, rather than a complete and thorough idea of something I had in mind.

What is interesting is that following this, I then began the Pulsation series, which suddenly propelled me into a new direction, and perhaps offered the timely solution to my moment of being somewhat lost for how to approach the canvas.
