1. How are the artworks packaged?
Paintings are shipped either framed or rolled. Framed works are typically smaller (100 x 100 cm or under) and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. Larger paintings are generally un-stretched, rolled, and shipped in a cardboard tube.
Works on paper are mostly unframed and shipped flat in a cardboard box. Some works on paper are framed with glass and are ideally suited for local sales, given the higher risk of damage during shipping. Smaller framed works on paper are generally suitable for shipping. Please enquire directly for information on specific works.
Limited Edition Prints from The Asian Male Collection are shipped either flat or rolled, depending on size. Currently, only prints on paper are available through this website. If you are interested in a different substrate, please enquire for further details.

2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada, the USA, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.

3. Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, all prices include shipping and insurance. Please note that any customs duties or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
For Paintings and Works on Paper, please allow approximately two weeks from the time of purchase to delivery. This covers packaging, courier arrangement, and transportation to your location. A tracking number will be provided once your shipment is dispatched.
For Limited Edition Prints, please allow two to three weeks. Prints are produced either in-house or at a professional lab, and once completed they are carefully packaged before shipping arrangements are made. We appreciate your patience during this process. 5. Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, every artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, personally signed by the artist Norm Yip. Each Certificate includes full details of the artwork and carries a unique identification number that is retained on file for future reference.

Stripe has been selected as the default payment method upon checkout.
