Elemental Series

The Elemental Series is a body of abstract paintings built on basic geometric shapes: the triangle, the circle, and the square. Each work avoids figuration and clear representation, focusing instead on form, structure, and the tactile qualities of paint. I replaced traditional brushes with towels and sponges, a deliberate break from the usual painter’s tools. I also left the construction lines visible, a reminder of drawing by hand in my early years as an architect.
